New York’s metamorphosis into a mentally unstable floozy was disgusting !Her comments towards Tango’s mother were nasty and uncalled for.  She was disrespectful before, during and after the lunch with Tango’s mother. She went so far as to call his mother big and boring. Why?? Even Sister Patterson couldn’t understand it.
She was much more respectful to Flav’s mother - confessing her love and adoration for a man who never really wanted her.

If you saw the  big reunion show last night, then you heard Tango’s cleverly dump New York :

He immodestly characterizes his firm as “a McKinsey of pop culture.” By that he means that Translation is called upon by companies facing strategic challenges. “These are companies who know they have to take advantage of global trends, but at the same time are afraid of jeopardizing core businesses,” says Stoute. “We show them how to walk that thin line. It often comes down to showing them the language and tonality needed to reach consumers.”

But Stoute also says he’s helping executives understand a phenomenon that he refers to as the “tanning of America.” It’s a generation of black, Latino, and white consumers who have the same “mental complexion,” he says, based on “shared experiences and values.” Rap and hip-hop, starting in the late 1980s when white suburban kids began snapping up music by mostly inner-city artists, provided the first glimpse into this shift. “Rap was a litmus test for where the culture was headed,” he says .

Black Cat Moan is an interesting and well written blog I encountered today. It’s unique video content and visual candy really held my interest. The Pissed Off Review Of Black Snake Moan is a good read. The blogs creator ,Rev Baily has added so many Mississippi  art and Wash DC art links that its more than just a blog - its a resource.

Shane Gibson, the Bahamas’ immigration minister who was photographed  with Anna Nicole Smith, was forced to resign yesterday after speculation that he had given Smith preferential treatment in gaining residency.

A Bahamas newspaper recently published photographs showing Anna Nicole Smith and the Immigration Minister in bed, both of which were fully clothed and showed Gibson embracing her. Reports first revealed that they were merely friends he was visiting her on her birthday. Rumors have been flying around the Internet that the two were actually sleeping together.
